Grant money must be spent within the boundaries of Woodford County.

Deadline for grant applications is February 1st.

Grant money must be spent within twelve (12) months of receipt of the grant.

If circumstances forbid the spending within time frame, you may request an extension.  Request must be in writing.

Grant money will be distributed on a reimbursement basis.

Any items purchased with the grant money must be maintained year round.

Pictures need to be taken and submitted of the different phases of the project.

Grant recipient must be willing to attend at least one (1) teacher training annually sponsored.
